These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by RydeNow, operating in Woking, Guildford, and surrounding areas. By booking a journey with RydeNow, the passenger agrees to be bound by the following terms, which are subject to change without prior notice.
Bookings
All bookings must be made through official channels, including telephone, WhatsApp, or the online booking form available on our website. Passengers are responsible for providing accurate details at the time of booking. RydeNow will not be held liable for delays or service disruptions resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the passenger.
Advance bookings are subject to availability and are not considered confirmed until verified by a RydeNow representative.
Fares & Payments
All journeys are charged at fixed rates as quoted at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, additional stops, route changes, or special requests. RydeNow operates on a cash-only payment basis. Full payment must be made to the driver immediately upon completion of the journey unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Quoted fares are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of booking. If journey details are altered, the fare may be recalculated accordingly.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 30 minutes’ notice prior to the scheduled pickup time. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation charge. If a passenger fails to be present at the pickup location within 10 minutes of the agreed time, and no communication is received, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and a full fare may be charged.
RydeNow reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to driver unavailability, vehicle breakdown, or severe weather conditions.
Delays & Liability
While RydeNow aims to provide punctual and reliable service, we shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, weather disruptions, or other factors beyond our control. Passengers are advised to allow sufficient time when scheduling journeys, particularly for airport transfers or time-sensitive travel.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited in all RydeNow vehicles:
- Smoking
- Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances
- Aggressive or abusive behavior toward drivers or staff
Passengers are liable for any damage or soiling caused to the vehicle, and cleaning or repair costs may be charged accordingly. RydeNow reserves the right to refuse carriage to any passenger who is unfit to travel, poses a safety risk, or behaves inappropriately.
Luggage & Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and belongings during the journey. RydeNow accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal items carried in the vehicle. In the event of property left behind, we will make reasonable efforts to locate and return it, but we cannot guarantee recovery.
Child Safety & Special Requests
Child seats are available upon request and subject to availability. It is the responsibility of the customer to request this service in advance. RydeNow adheres to all applicable child safety regulations but shall not be held responsible for any failure to comply if prior notice is not given.
Service Refusal
RydeNow reserves the right to refuse or terminate any booking if, in the driver’s or company’s opinion, the passenger is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, is likely to cause harm, or otherwise presents a risk to the vehicle, driver, or other passengers.
Amendments
RydeNow reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take immediate effect upon publication on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
